We focus mainly on business law and we are specialized in estate and inheritance law. We also advise our clients on a variety of other matters, such as investment fund law, establishment and administration of Swiss and foreign corporations, M & A, agency-, license- and leasing contracts, tax law, banking and finance, public business law, commercial litigation and arbitration.
